Wi-Fi網路公司Bandspeed於2009年8月7日美國德州西部聯邦法院，提告了索尼、任天堂及蘋果公司一項專利侵權訴訟。
Bandspeed公司指稱，被告索尼PS3 、任天堂Wii和蘋果iPhone 3G產品侵犯Bandspeed公司2件專利(US7027418和US7570614)，是有關無線溝通渠道跳頻(wireless communication channels using frequency hopping)技術。
