LED看板顯示系統專利侵權，T-Rex控告CBS與兩家戶外廣告公司

2012年6月14日，一家設立於瑞典公司T-Rex Property AB (下稱T-Rex)，向東德州聯邦地院提起三件專利侵權告訴，分別控告美國媒體集團CBS Corporation（提供戶外看板廣告服務之公司為集團旗下之CBS Outdoor），以及另外兩家美國大型戶外看板廣告公司，Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. (下稱Clear Channel)以及Lamar Advertising Company (下稱Lamar)，其所提供之戶外LED標誌與廣告看板服務，侵犯其所擁有、在公共場所展示數位資訊之方法與系統專利。

本案系爭專利為美國專利編號US RE39,470，名稱為「數位資訊系統(Digital information system)」，發明人為Mats Hylin、Mats Dahlgren與Joakim Jonason，該專利於2007年1月16日核發。

Clear Channel, CBS outdoor 以及Lamar為美國戶外廣告市場佔有率前三強，三家公司加總起來，依據2009年之統計，市佔率為60%。 (466字；表2)
