
圖、鴻海整軍進入手機按鍵零組件市場
新聞:(2006年08月23日 工商時報 - 鴻海 大舉挖角Sunarrow手機按鍵研發團隊 恐衝擊閎暉)鴻海(2317)集團積極布局手機按鍵版圖,近期從日本按鍵大廠Sunarrow挖了一個團隊(team),可能編制在富士康(FIH)旗下,明年上半年訂單已大致確定,應以摩托新款機種為主,對此,富士康不願表示意見,但表示發展手機相關零組件是目標。
評析:

我們認為,鴻海大舉挖角Sunarrow手機按鍵研發團隊,已經宣告鴻海集團整軍切入手機按鍵。此外,鴻海以挖角研發團隊(而非併購關鍵零組件公司模式),雖不至於對於閎暉或毅嘉相關公司帶來立即衝擊,但以長時間論,對於表一廠商都將帶來相當程度影響(經濟規模與垂直整合優勢)。
最後,我們認為此新聞需與最近鴻海集團在原材料(輕金屬與化工原料)與資源(能源)上佈局一起討論,因為往更上游之化工材料佈局已成為鴻海佈局重點,換言之,CMMS將進一步整合成MCMMS,其中第一個M為Material(材料,包含金屬與塑化)。(591字)
